What is the cost of the Ultimate Brand Kit?
The Kit is 1 Payment of $497 US. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

Can I change the colors?
Yes! This is what makes our product so unique. Color change requests are included at the cost. We recommend going to www.htmlcolorcodes.com to select a color you like because we only allow one round of changes.

Can I change any of the graphics? Yes, we include small graphic changes for free. However, for a wallpaper change or complicated request, we charge a minimum fee of one hour @ 100/hr. We will quote you at the time of receiving your request.

Will I get to change anything once I see the proof?
Yes and no. The proof is a last minute chance to make small subtle changes. However, larger changes like complete changes in colour or any major changes to graphics may require an extra design cost. We will quote you at the time of the change request. Unfortunately at the price we’re offering for the Kit, we cannot accept major changes.

How long does it take?
From the time of ordering it will take up to one week to get your proof. Once signed off, and after sending final payment, you should typically receive all your files within 2-3 business days.

What payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

Are there business card templates included in the package?
Yes! We provide print ready business cards files as well as editable files in Canva.

Do I need a canva account to access my files?
Yes, but you only need a free account in Canva. We provide business card files and social media templates with a link to Canva for you.

I already have a logo. Can I send it to you to use in one of your brands?
Yes! We can customize your brand around your logo or graphic request - however, the price would still be the same for the kit.

Will my brand look like everyone else’s?There are a lot of entrepreneurs in the world, and likely you aren’t going to be running the exact same template as your competition. It is possible that someone somewhere may have something similar to you, but you also have the option to change the colours, and at an additional fee, you can change some of the graphic elements.

Can I refund my purchase of my Ultimate Brand Kit?
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund for your order because by ordering, you have given us the go ahead to create the project for you. However, if you really have made a mistake by ordering, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering at hello@yourkickassbrand. Please write “REFUND” in the subject line. Please double check that you have spelled the email address correctly. We do not issue refunds if you accidentally have sent to the wrong email address. After 48 hours we will already be working on your brand and will not be able to reissue a refund.
